- GUARANTEES a fixed cost per flight hour for parts and overhaul;
- MAINTAINS the helicopter resale value at a high level;
and furthermore
- Allows Contract transferability in case of helicopter sale;
- Foresees the mutual possibility to terminate the Contract with a 60
days notice.
Engine support provided by OEM through specific programs.
EXCLUSIONS
- Labor for scheduled/unscheduled and on condition maintenance
activities;
- Any cost associated with misuse or abuse of the helicopter;
- Any part valued less than $ 100 (U.S.); - Transportation cost/fee;
- Fuel and lubricants.
