This Agreement covers the repair or replacement by Agusta of the main helicopter components in the event of premature failure which is discovered during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

COVERAGE

• The replacement/repair of faulty components;
• The application of Mandatory Technical Bulletins.

ADVANTAGES

• A reliable estimate of unscheduled spare parts cost.

EXCLUSIONS

• The activities (labour and materials necessary to eliminate damages or defects caused by the improper use of the component and/or of the helicopter;
• The maintenance activities (labour and materials), either scheduled or not, during which the premature failure of the component is detected;
• The labour necessary for the removal and the installation of the components as well as the labour necessary for the possi ble adjustments required during the installation;
• The shipments of the components, either new or repaired, from Agusta to the Operator;
• Reserves for component Overhaul or Retirement.
